Circle Bath

Improving the patient outcome...

There is much evidence to suggest that recovery times and patient outcomes are improved as consequence of a well-designed hospital environment. The Norman Foster designed Circle Bath building in this sense, is revolutionary, looking to create a hotel-like experience during the patient’s stay.

As market leaders in the provision of TV systems into hotels, Airwave was perfectly positioned to utilise this experience in line with their expertise in healthcare display technology. With this in mind, Circle approached Airwave to assist with a patient bedroom upgrade in line with a hotel feel and aesthetic.

The Technology

Airwave recommended the Samsung Lynk Sinc Smart TV system (which Airwave had previously installed into a number of hotels across the UK). The system affords Circle the opportunity to showcase their excellence across the TV screen, reducing in-room literature and displaying useful information such as food menus and post-surgery exercise routines.

Airwave utilised Samsung 32” LED commercial Smart TVs for an optimum viewing experience and the added benefit of a 2-year commercial on-site swap out warranty. Enabling Circle’s marketing and operational staff to utilise Lynk Sinc to its full potential, Airwave gave in-house training to the a number of staff, allowing them to update the system (either on-site or remotely) on a regular basis.

Airwave were very professional and approachable, and their quote was very competitive. The Samsung Lynk Sinc system has been a revelation, and Airwave were always on hand to answer any questions. They managed some tricky situations in a helpful and efficient manner! I would highly recommend Airwave to anyone.
